My nine-year-old had a procedure done today with Dr. Michael Marcello and I couldn’t be more impressed. Dr. Marcello was incredibly gentle, reassuring, and compassionate throughout the entire visit. He made sure my child felt comfortable and at ease the whole time. The assisting staff was also wonderful, very friendly, patient, and kind, showing genuine care toward my child. Dr Michael and his staff are Amazing!. I do not manage pain well and I was they were super patient with me.
My daughter just went in for a root canal and she has had a bad experience once before during a dental visit so of course she was super nervous for this appointment but I have to say they were amazing with her. They made sure she was comfortable and relaxed and explained the procedure to her beforehand. She said it was so nice they let her pick a movie so she had something to occupy her time while there. They asked her numerous times during the procedure if she was ok and made sure she was feeling no pain. I am so impressed ... read more
I can't say enough good things about the way Dr Marcello handled my root canal. If there's a positive in a root canal, it's at his office.
i got a root canal done i was super nervous and dr marcello calmed my nerve’s down so much and he informed me of how the procedure is done ! Didn’t feel anything at all !
