This company goes above and beyond to work with their customer base. Upon moving into a new neighborhood and buying an upgraded package there was a lot of work that needed to be done at our home. These guys does not disclose anything before hand and lies to the customers that somethings does not work. In my case they claimed that Google Voice or Vonage does not work only AT&T works with their service. Since I don't have AT&T I had to take their wireless service device. They don't even mention that there is a Contract Term for taking wireless device. In my case our HOA has a master contract with Premier to provide monitoring service.
