This place is mostly for convenience for me. They need to add some information about their "Same Day Service." No where on the building or on their business cards does it say, "If orders are placed before 10am." That would've been nice to know before I dropped off my stuff. Also, when I asked if I could get measurements for a costume I was making, they wanted to charge me $10! I was there and figured they could just do it but needless to say, I just had a friend do it.

Went there 3 times. One time my shirt smelled bad. And the other time my shirt became bigger than it was initially was.

BEWARE MILITARY: 2 incidents: A year ago, I brought my dress uniform here for my tonbe cleaned and have new patches sewn on. The uniform was pressed incorrectly, AND the patches were half sewn on. I said I would never bring my uniforms there again. Recently, I had brought two of my trench coats that were in my storage unit here to be cleaned and pressed and to get the smell out. I'm giving one star just because the dry clean service is ok. San Diego Dry Cleaner&Alterations is right on the corner from my place. I started using their tailor service after my tailor who I've been using the service for at least 5 years decided to partially retire and has been working only 3 days per week. Because of that, my schedule is tight, and she is not close to me I decide to give them SD dry cleaners &alterations a try. They messed up two tops that I took there to get the straps shorten.
