Charles saved the day (i.e. night) for us. The garage door slammed shut late last night and would not open. He was onsite in less than 30 minutes and had the door working before midnight. Thank you Charles. I'll readily recommend you and your Company!

Bought a new garage door off of them and it broke almost immediately. I tried calling to get it fixed and haven't heard back in a week!
Charles was wonderful in getting our garage door fixed. We have a complicated set up and our initial installer is no longer in the business. I called Charles to deal with a stuck garage door and he was able to come out on a timely basis to get us unstuck temporarily. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was great!
