Line was long but got a covid test without ever leaving my car. You complete the nasal swab yourself. You get results before you leave. While you're waiting for your results of the nasal swab you complete a saliva test that you get results on via email in a day or 2.

I was turned away (in that I was basically told I had to go to the back of an hour long line when I’d already waited for an hour and a half and came to the front of the line). No one even spoke to me. I accidentally pulled up to the exit line and didn’t notice until they came out and let a couple cars out. At this point there’s a very long line behind me. Lost my results same day, waited through the weekend, AND MLK day and missed work through it all just to be told my results were lost and I had to Be retested... AFTER OPERATING HOURS now I have to miss another day of work to go get tested even though I've been sick throughout the waiting imma be better by the time I actually get my results... go somewhere else!!!!!

I sat in line for 1 hour, only to finally get towards the front of the line and see a handwritten sign “out of rapids”, which is the only kind I need right now Such a waste of time. Wish their website would have reflected this most up-to-date info.

I read people's reviews after going to be tested. I was concerned. I didn't receive an email letting me know my results were posted. I went to my original confirmation email for receiving test. I went in and put in the info and then I received an email. I tried accessing info on my phone but it was sowing me an error. I was upset. Then I went on my laptop and was able to access my results. Be patient. May not be accessible on phone.
