I had a great experience on my first visit. The office is clean, bright, and welcoming, and the staff was prompt and professional. Everything was efficient and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Awful, stay away! Billing department horrendous, we paid every visit $175 in person. Somehow a mysterious charge of $388 came, no request for payment and no invoice. They sold this without our knowledge to a debt collector who has been calling us constantly for now $850. We have called and called to find out what happened and they refuse to talk to us saying the ‘debt’ was sold. To be clear no invoice and no request for payment…we are now Consulting a lawyer.

I was taken back to see the doctor 5 min after checking in. The staff was cordial and kind and we shared a couple of laughs. Dr. Goodson was thorough in her exam and answered all my questions. She was easy to converse with.

My experience started out well, but it changed significantly when I questioned a billing issue. The PA was wonderful and provided excellent care. Unfortunately, my interactions with the front office were very different. The reception staff often came across as unfriendly, and from my first visit I felt uncomfortable about using my insurance. I received a phone call stating that I had an unpaid balance and would not be allowed to return as a patient until it was paid. I immediately offered to pay the balance, only to learn it... read more
