My experience started out well, but it changed significantly when I questioned a billing issue. The PA was wonderful and provided excellent care. Similar situation to one from 2 months ago. Got a call the day before my appointment letting me know I needed to reschedule because I have an outstanding bill that I wasn’t aware of. Offered to pay it immediately, but they said it had to go through collections., Called the collections office and they said that they don’t have any of my accounts. Megan was so nice and I finally feel some hope in clearing my skin. At 43 yrs old I've tried everything. I went to a different dermatologist years ago where they tried to put me on oral birth control. Not ideal for me. Megan knew exactly what to do and the plan to finally clear my skin.
