One of worst experience in appointment situations .. when we go ahead of appointment schedule and wait for 30-45 mins after checked in , we shouldn’t complaint anything about it , but if we go 10-15 mins late then they will ask us to reschedule or cancel the appointment.. I don’t know why we have to wait more time after the appointment schedule understood if it’s 15 mins delay or so.. I was expecting it should be mutual .. Thanks
Never returned 2 calls about a denied PA for a prescription
I felt that Dr Usman was the rudest person I have ever came across in the medical field. I went there for skin cancer screening that lasted less than 3 minutes. He asked me several times in a hurried and disrespectful tone what I wanted him to look at. I would think he would know how to do a screening without my instruction. I will never consider returning to Premier dermatology and personally would not recommend
