I felt that Dr Usman was the rudest person I have ever came across in the medical field. I went there for skin cancer screening that lasted less than 3 minutes. He asked me several times in a hurried and disrespectful tone what I wanted him to look at. I would think he would know how to do a screening without my instruction. I will never consider returning to Premier dermatology and personally would not recommend
I always enjoyed going here, and now I appreciate them even more since I switched insurance and had to find a new provider. The diagnoses have been accurate, and I have been helped with a couple different issues. They are reasonably fast with seeing patients and I've never had any billing issues.
I can't say enough good things about Premier Dermatology. I personally have seen 3 providers and they all have been very knowledgeable, caring and collaborative in helping me overcome a variety of dermatology issues.
Premier Dermatology has given me and my family nothing but the best quality of treatment. I've been dealing with severe eczema my whole life, and Dr. Sarah Cabrisses and Dr. Adil Usman take on any new or existing concern I have with such importance and promptly give me a solution. Everyone at the office is so welcoming and kind, I definitely recommend coming here!
Dr. Sarah Cabrisses is knowledgeable, but our recent visit was actually disappointing. When we mentioned that previous treatments hadn’t worked, she became defensive and abrupt and her tone came across as angry. Instead of suggesting alternatives, she asked us what we thought should be done, which didn’t feel helpful. We respect her expertise, but the approach could have been more calm and understanding and patient-focused.
