Do not go here. I had events that caused me to not have access to a different insurance I had no idea about as I was no contact with the person who had the insurance policy. Speaking to the billing department today, they figured out the copay on that would've been $40. I paid $10 copay based off the insurance I only knew about at that time. The billing department is trying to get me to pay $10 over the copay amount to make the whole bill away. When you have 3 kids of special needs you dont just have $40 laying around. Dr. Usman was great, but the administrative staff is horrible. Most of the time they don't even pick up the phone when I call (no matter what time during the work day I call), and when I was finally able to get a hold of them after countless efforts, they never even filed the claim I asked them to. To say it's unprofessional would be quite the understatement.
Dr. Usman is the best dermatologist I've ever gone to. I've been seeing him for several years, and he's a true professional. He takes his time and explains everything in detail. His calm demeanor, patience, and knowledge makes him the best around.
Had the most pleasant experience with Dr. Usman and Premier's staff. The receptionist even gave me lots of free samples. would recommend!
