First, they have several locations. And didn't mention that. I had a checkup, they scheduled follow follow-up only to find when I went for appointment, it turns out it was at another location because they don't do that procedure locally. So has to reschedule. Other wise helpful and courteous staff.
Quick easy, trustworthy
We had an excellent experience at the Winchester office recently. I took my elderly father in to seek guidance on a suspicious looking area on his chest. We were taken back promptly and seen by Darci. She was punctual and very empathetic. She took time to listen to our concerns and performed a biopsy SAME DAY! No having to wait weeks to continue treatment. Darci made myself and my father feel very comfortable and thoroughly explained the treatment plan. A shout out to Sarah Cabrisses. She is incredible with her knowledge in her field and what she does. She has been my dermatologist for some time now and no matter my question she is quick to respond and help in any way she can.
The doctor came in late and unprepared. I had to inform/remind him that I have a history of skin cancer. I had several areas that I needed him to look over which he did very hastily and then said everything looks fine and left. I didn’t trust his judgment, so got a second opinion from a Dermatologist my family members have used. Thankfully this different practice and its doctor did a thorough review of the same areas and found pre-cancerous tissue which was removed.
