I was seen at the Kirkwood office by the nurse practitioner last week. In less than 5 minutes she gave me 3 diagnoses and she wasn't confident in any of them. She recommended I see a general surgeon who said no surgical intervention was needed. I waited for over an hour after my appointment time to see her. The entire time I was sitting in the waiting room the 2 women at the front desk were making fun of patients as they left or when they got off the phone with them!!
