I’m a new patient at Premier, and both times I visited I waited over 45 minutes in the waiting room, even though I arrived 15 minutes early. They may be able to get you in for an appointment, but it feels like they don’t value your time. In addition, the doctor barely made eye contact and didn’t answer my questions. I ended up having to ask the front desk for care instructions afterward. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I am a new patient at Premier dermatology in Abilene. I was a little wary of coming here because they refuse were just so so. But I found the front office staff and doctor Landero kind and considerate. Did not mind me asking questions. Was informative and did not rush me. I will be back and I will tell my friends that I have very good visit here.

Money hungry doctors at the finest here. This office is the worst of the worst the office we filthy, used unsanitary tools laying around dirty counters with used cotton swabs. The waiting room was like a sauna. The receptionist was not helpful and got my appointment schedule al messed up had to wait almost 2hr to be seen for 10 freaking minutes. Dr.Landerosa or what ever his name is was rude not considerate and did not show any compassionate for a new patient at all! Paid $200 for 10 minutes of his time and didn't even call ... read more

Dr. Landeros was very kind and supportive. Made me feel comfortable and was open to answer questions and give advice. His staff was also friendly and approachable.
