I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice, both during my visit and in the way they handled billing afterward. I originally went in for a routine cleaning—nothing complicated. However, during my appointment, they only took X-rays, which took an entire hour, and the cleaning I scheduled was never performed. Premier Dental got my husband in the next day and worked very hard to alleviate his pain, with compassion, knowledge and experience. Simply the best.
Love the revamping of this office! Dr. Chakkiwala is such a breath of fresh air! She explains everything with so much love, dedication, and detail! So glad we made the switch! Amazing team and love seeing the improvements with the office, staff, and facelift!
