Another 6 month checkup completed at Premier and another flawless experience. Pam manages the front desk and customer service like a real pro. Plenty of reminders prior to the date. Everything was right on time as scheduled. No waiting. Olivia is the best (and most experienced) hygienist I have ever had. Kind and engaging. Now I can finally share our true experience at premiere dentistry in the villages Florida. In two visits I had two different dentist ( not a good sign) we have united health advantage and went for a standard cleaning on all of five teeth in my mouth as I have dentures and a partial. I needed a small filling not a problem. My husband went with next visit for standard cleaning and x-rays as well mind you same insurance. They are an in network dentist payed in full the allowed amount and still tried to get 900 plus dollars out ... read more
This facility has totally incompetent dentist and a hygienist who does a fluff cleaning in 25 minutes with a proper cleaning in my mouth takes 50 minutes. I had a crown on and when they were trying it on the Zircon crown, they put it in and couldn’t get it out so they spent over an hour drilling out a Zircon crown, very painful and it tore up the inside of my cheek on the left side where the crown was .
