I knew it would be a great experience based on a referral from an employee of mine, but I was truly extremely satisfied. Blown away even. Susan at the front desk was very sweet during check in and check out. The chairs in the lobby and especially the exam rooms were extremely comfortable. TVs on walls and ceilings. I had a pleasant new patient visit at the dentistry. They had a fantastic process for the new patient paperwork which was done online prior to the visit which saved a lot of time. It generally takes about 15-30 mins to complete this process as per my experience in the past. The cleaning done was very thorough and I felt the difference. From a person that is not the biggest fan of being in a dental chair, this entire experience was a 10. Great staff, Dr. Patel is awesome, and from the time I walked in to the time I left was professional and prompt. If you are looking for a great dentist, look no further and give Premier Dentistry in Ballantyne a call.
The office was clean and welcoming. The staff was kind and made me feel at ease. I have been searching for a dental office and this place was definitely a home run. I look forward to going back to my next dental appointment in six months.
