I had a 9am appointment and arrived early in the parking lot waiting for them to open. I received a phone call at 8:40am stating the Hygienist cancelled early this morning and my appointment would have to be rescheduled to over a month away. A total waste of my time. They should have offered at least to take X-rays and do an exam and maybe I could return to do the recall which I suggested when I decided to walk in and ask at 9am but they said the Dr is not in yet and is running late so there was no guarantee. Dr. Nikitas Lambrinos truly knows what he’s doing, and his professionalism and expertise made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit.
