Kiana, who cleaned my teeth, was friendly and easy to talk to. She made the session go smoothly. The office staff, especially Marfie (sp?), were very helpful in explaining my billing. At a later date, I had a loose crown just before leaving on a trip. Dr. Sarah was able to squeeze me into the schedule same day. She and staff did a great job!
This is my third time using Premier Dental and it's been great every time. Every time I come here it's always easy and the care from the staff is always the extra mile. Kiana is always very friendly / caring and does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I never have an issue with her, and she makes something I dread doing end up being a comfortable and easy time. Thank you!
Dr. Janice Lee, along with her staff, consistently demonstrates exceptional friendliness and engagement. Our appointments with her are always enjoyable, and the time seems to pass very quickly as she addresses our dental needs. We are consistently impressed by her professional expertise and practical skills, as well as her delightful interactions during our dental procedures. My wife and I hold Dr. Janice Lee in high regard.
I wanted to skip lunch and not get my teeth dirty after Kiana cleaned and polished my teeth. She was very thorough, gentle and did an excellent job! Joycelyn, at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful in explaining my insurance plan. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
