I trusted Premier Dental Group Aiea and Dr. Fukada to help close a small gap between my front teeth, but the experience was traumatic and unprofessional. On my very first visit, my teeth were shaved down without a proper consultation, preview, or discussion of the design plan. Dr. Vo is very gentle. She communicates extremely well. She's very professional and kind. I have been seeing her for over 3 years. I highly recommend her!!

I had services done in this office. The dentists are great and work fast. The front office were awesome when I was there, they informed me about charges and the amount I should pay upfront. The reason why I gave 2 stars, was because while I was waiting for my dentist, I was either poked or tapped on my shoulder which caught me off guard as it was an unprofessional move to hand over a consent form to sign. The assistant was good though. The poke or tap move however wasn't.
