First let me say that I am terrified of the dentist. Gentle dentistry is what I am looking for. I should have gone to Dr. Hanson a year ago. But my fears kept me away. So, I woke up on Thursday morning in sever tooth pain. I called and got in that day. When I walked in the door the entire team was so friendly, and the office atmosphere upbeat. When Dr. Barret retired, the staff called to let us know prior to our next appointment that I thought was professional and the right thing to do. The dentist who replaced them (for a very short time) was fantastic and professional and for the first time felt no anxiety going to the dentist. I arrived for my next appointment, and I could tell something was different as I did not recognize anyone. I will not return due to very unprofessional behavior. Billing was very rude and unhelpful. Dr. Nguyen is as great and unfortunately the quality of the establishment drastically declined. Where do Dr. Nguyen go?

I'm 86 years old and I've been to see quit a few dentist and I would like to say she is one of the most caring young ladies I've had work on me. You can tell she loves what she does. All the girls in the office could not be any nicer.
