I wish I didn’t have to give this place any stars. TERRIBLE!! I called, and they gave me an appointment the next day at 9:00, & told me to come at 8:50 to fill out paperwork. Staff arrived after 9:00 to unlock doors, and the rest of the staff and Dr. Patel did not arrive until after 9:30, without any explanation or apology. The front desk girls are very unprofessional and extremely rude. I had to ask the receptionist several times if the dentist was even there, & when she would be arriving. The girl at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Had an appointment at 11:00a wasn’t see until 12p. Ask the idiot at 11:40a how much longer of a wait. Her reply was I can check but you were like 10 minutes late. That has absolutely nothing to do that it damn near noon and I’m still waiting. Her reply was an we only have 1 doctor today.
