I liked everything and everybody the only thing is the doctor she never made herself visible to me stood behind me the whole time and I am a new customer or patient and I still have no idea what she looks like. I found that a little bit unprofessional and kind of rude? The dental hygienist was wonderful the person that did my first exam was wonderful as well
Made an appointment for a cleaning and an observation on my back tooth needing an extraction. Staff was nice annd respectful annd they were quick with getting me seen but All they did was look at the tooth and write a referral to a different doctor. No cleaning was done- even though I specifically requested one- I was told their call center doesn’t know how to schedule appointments for them so that’s why it was scheduled as a “half” exam not a “full”. And I never got asked anything about a half or full anything on the phone.... read more
