Nearly three years ago today, I went to this office for a crown and a filling. At the time, I chose them intentionally, left a positive review, and felt satisfied with the care I received. During that visit, I was referred to another doctor on Balfour for a buildup. The receptionist—who was always very kind—sent a written referral requesting a buildup. Poor results after getting a crown here. Color did not match, fit wasn't good and dentist actually got frustrated with me. (can't explain that) I was the patient, and he was supposed to be providing the care. The dentist actually walked out mid-procedure and was very unprofessional. It was traumatic, but I was willing to go back as all previous care had been good. When I tried to talk with him, he refused and dropped me as a patient. The whole experience was traumatic.
