My dental assistant Presley was very helpful & informative. After taking the X-ray of my chipped tooth we discussed the best fix for it. Doctor was super backed because of so many dental cleanings. We rescheduled another day for my filling so he can give me the same time/attention when he sees me. I’m very happy with Dr. Dotson & this dental group.
From making the appointment to the visit, excellent customer service. Had X-Rays done and was told what I needed done. Well, with no insurance, gonna be a challenge to get the work done. A payment option was suggested and helped with the cost tremendously. Had my work done yesterday and it went flawless. My Doctor from the first visit was great and the one from yesterday was just as great! They care about their patients, which makes the visit so much easier. Fantastic place! The staff was super friendly and fast. Shirley and Molly were especially helpful! I hadn't seen a dentist in 10 years! My experience was great and I was in and out in about an hour! Thank you!
Went in for my initial visit today. Wanted to leave a review for Presley, (whom I assume is a dental assistant?) She was SO friendly, informative, helpful, and personable. I have bad dental anxiety and she automatically made me feel so much more comfortable. I absolutely will be returning if for no other reason than she made the experience so positive. 😊
From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, to the time I checked out & every stage in between, the staff was very nice. The staff as well as the Dr. did not try to over sell me while I was there & were able to schedule me for a future appointment in a timely manner. As a New Patient, I am very pleased with choosing Premier Dental.
