Lost a multi decade long customer to horrible customer service. Do not recommend
Never had a bad experience here. Dr. Holly and Dr. Norris are absolutely amazing, ESPECIALLY if you are nervous or never liked the dentist before. They are so kind and patient and my teeth have never been cleaner or better after their care! They also truly remember you each visit and very personable, you can tell they enjoy what they do!
If you want to be taken advantage of, then go here. I put my full trust in this office. I went in about a year ago for tooth pain. I was advised that I need a new filling and a crown to save my tooth. I proceeded with the treatment. I am having constant dental pain since the treatment. Ive been back 3 times to address it. Dr Edward’s filed the crown down and sent me on my way. He said, “If the pain consists, you need a root canal” and walked out.
