Brosnan was very patient and polite with me. He handled my stubbornness very well and made me feel comfortable to continue to come to Premier Dental. Very sweet staff, treated me nicely. First time visiting and chatted with the receptionist for a while and she made me feel welcomed then being attended by Karen! She took my pictures and X-rays, very nice and did a good job! Would definitely recommend
My first time here and let me say, amazing staff. I have severe anxiety and PTSD from the dentist. It has been 4 years since my last visit, so I was extremely guarded and nervous. The moment I walked in I was greeted with beautiful warm smiles. The process from X-rays and the exam with Dr. Hartounian, I was put at ease. All the staff is courteous and polite. For the times that I have been going there my frequent encounter have been with Karen she is very compassionate and let me squeeze the heck out of her hand thru the procedures and I love the doctor he listen and follow thru. Must love to all of you.
Great experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best service I needed. They are friendly and they have good communication skills. I was called prior appointments. They also went above to fit me in for appointments as early as possible
