Very Unprofessional- First they could not figure out how to set my wife up as a new patient, then could not figure out our insurance. After several emails and phone calls was able to get an appointment for 8/12/25 at 8:30am. My wife arrived at 8:15 to find the office still closed, someone showed up at 8:30am and proceeded to tell my wife "we forgot to put you on the schedule" Can you come back in 2 weeks ? Sorry No..Bye Bye
Sadly, this place has been going downhill quickly. We have been going to Premier Dental Associates and specifically seeing Dr. Parikshak for probably close to 20 years now in their old and new locations and was last in to get our teeth cleaned this spring. We showed up for our appointments today July 23rd only to find out my wife and my appointments were CANCELLED due to Premier no longer taking my Insurance - Delta. I have been a patient at this dental office for over 20 years, starting from when they were located in the plaza off Congress Avenue. Most recently, I visited their Regency office, where I was surprised to be informed of an outstanding bill from more than 10 years ago—something I had never been notified about until now. They are currently attempting to collect on this amount and even tried to apply the charge to a recent cleaning I received.
