After a horrible experience with another dental practice for over two months, I went to Premier Dental for a second opinion. I met with both the husband and wife and immediately felt at ease. They would confer with one another for the best options for me and explained in detail how they would proceed and why. After my experience today, giving Dr. Diaz-Jones, Dr. Jones, staff 5 stars. I had a very loose 12 year old crown/implant from elsewhere. I was getting very stressed as this issue was going on for days. My regular dentist of 4 years would not even look at it. Last Friday I was able to have another dentist look at implant. He felt I needed to see a Prosthodontist. Premier Dental was able to get me in quickly. They problem solved and repaired the crown to implant. So I am quite happy. I set up an appointment for an oral examination and X-ray with Dr. Jones. They took the x-ray and made me wait to be visited. 15 minutes into it, an assistant came back to tell me that neither Dr.Jones (or his wife, also a dentist at this practice) would visit me. They let me know that I could go to a diffent dentist but I would not be visited after all. No explanation was given. Very unprofessional and rude!
