Location is clean, simple and modern, staff was professional, Doctor Yakov had wonderful bedside manner. Will return and recommend!
Older lady took my X-rays then I saw her wiping the X-ray holder down, leaving it on the counter. Seems like they were reusing it without properly sanitizing it. I will never come back here.. this is a violation. Imagine what other dirty things they’re doing. Response to owner: Once the X-ray holder has been used, why would you wipe it down and set it on the counter? It would be removed from the room or set on the tray. I’ve been a patient of this dentist for years and have always valued the care and love the doctors. However, the front desk staff has been consistently impolite, both over the phone and in person. Last week, I called to reschedule an appointment and was told to come in on September 2nd at 3:00 PM. I work with my schedule and even took the day off, only to be told upon arrival that there was no doctor available and no appointment booked for me.
