appt didn't start well they booked me with a different hygienist than the one I had requested. Then they had me listed with a different dentist and told me she had the day off. Since my days were flexible why did they book me on a day my dentist wasn't working. Well my "new" hygienist Brooke was awesome, and we uncovered that they had me under the wrong dentist and my dentist wasn't off. So it all worked out

My visit to Premier Dental was great. The receptionist was very pleasant when greeting me and offered water or coffee. It was time to update my information and again she was very helpful with any questions. The hygienist did a great job of answering my questions and concerns, which made me feel much better about my problem. The gal that was shadowing was very nice and seemed very interested in all the details, so that she would follow the correct procedures. Trust me I’ve had my share of “challenging” experiences with dentists in the past… but that’s exactly it… all that changed today… that all is now in the past… I needed immediate emergency dental care… a friend recommended PREMIER DENTAL… said she had had an excellent experience with them… As for me, I had lost a filling Sunday night, requested an appointment online right away, and found myself sitting in one of their chairs less than 24 hours later, Monday afternoon, 1:00PM. It is hard to find a dentist you trust especially when your child receives Medicaid. I would highly recommend this office. Never had a bad experience.
