Dr. Benninato, Shawna and team are extremely warm, professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to thoroughly explain treatment options. They combine extensive training, experience and customer service for an overall positive experience. Patients are treated very, very well.
Besides everyone being super friendly and comfortable surroundings,I felt a sense of TRUST. I was given a couple of feasible options. My options were explained with the advantages and disadvantages of each, moreover I feel like I am in control of my dental treatment and how we proceed....not the other way around!
I would highly recommend Dr. Beninato to anyone looking for a dentist for themselves or their children. He and his staff were very sweet and professional.
I have always had a great experience at Premier Dental. My hygienist ,Shari, is excellent. Dr. Dan is prompt and friendly. Both are very professional.
Everyone was very friendly and answered all of my questions in a very nice and professional manner. The staff made me feel very comfortable, and welcomed! I really enjoyed my appt and will continue to go back.
I have been a patient of Dr. Beninato for 8 years and have been continually impressed by his professionalism, personability, skill, and technology. No one else I know goes to their dentist 1 time for a crown. I get to brag a lot about my dentist. Dr. B, you're doing a great job!
The dentist office has aquired a bad reputation. Horror films are made about them. However, the staff at Premier Dental would put your mind at ease. They are all very friendly and the environment is very inviting. I had an extensive amount of dental work required, and I did not dread going in any of the times. I will continue going to Premier Dental despite the commute I have to make to get there. It is well worth the drive for me.
Staff is very well informed and able to give lots of detail in many aspects of any of their daily operations.
Not just because she's my wife but Shari did a great job. You had a new girl there and she let her try some training on me and helped her out. Was nice to finally see how professional premier dental is. Nice job by everyone !
