Very professional and they kept the work location spotless. They were also very respectful of my garden and lawn too. Premier construction responded to my call promptly and when there was a delay due to weather and safety concerns for his crew, he called immediately to give me the heads up.. He took extra time to explain what was going on with photos and clear communication. He did a architectural shingle roof on one house then a metal roof and high end gutters on another home. They are as honest as the day is long!
We highly recommend Premier Construction. Kenny and his crew are extremely knowledgeable, professional and do great work. Kenny was in touch with us almost daily letting us know what would happen each day and would send pictures of progress made along the way. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly. We have had terrible experiences with contractors in the past but Kenny exceeded our expectations and we are extremely thankful we found premier construction!
He overcharged for repairs. He never gave an estimate or an invoice. He asked my wife to leave a check for $550.00 under a mat in the garage for patching a 10 cm. hole in the roof that took 30 minutes to repair. He never responded to my query about the price. His crew also broke a lamp but never reported the damage or offered to repair or replace it. I talked my neighbor out of using his services.
