In my experience, the only thing worse than an HOA is an HOA management company, I hate having to deal with them 99% of the time. This agency offers horrible service. I am partially handicapped. Lost my gate controller. Have been working all week to get one. No progress. Our street is being re tarred so there is no parking near by. I was offered an old one that "should" be Wory told them yes please send it overnight, they said they would. It is still not here. I am at my wits end.
Absolutely useless organization, they are substandard in every metric imaginable. We're going to have a conversation with the home owners to actually have them replaced with another HOA management company. Staff is not friendly and has a really bad attitude and demeanor. They almost never respond to phone calls, and respond to their emails super late, and when they do, their conveyed information is unless.
