The worst!!!
Most unprofessional staff I have ever seen in a doctor’s office. The male receptionist literally chases a girl into her office screaming while I was helping an individual making new appts. The man also at the reception made it seem the patient must fill out government paperwork in an extremely intimating way when I am trying to tell this person doctors are good. So disappointed! I called to schedule a hospital follow up for an issue that had been on going for a month. I am in excruciating pain and the only appointment they could offer me was over a month out! I asked to speak to an office manager, and after being on hold for a few minutes, they told me they could not find her, but sent her a message. I have waited all day and not received a phone call!! I recently needed to be seen by the obgyn. After about 40 minutes of sitting and waiting, they asked me to take EVERYTHING off and gave me some paper to cover myself with. I sat and waited for another 30 minutes naked and cold. I was there over an hour and the doctor was nowhere to be found
