Sandra the receptionist, grace the dental assistant, and the dentist they called Doc all made my experience excellent. They went above and beyond to get me out better than I came in. It worked. 👏🏾
I went to the dade city location and got dentures in January. And they were MESSED UP. It wasn't my first rodeo with dentures but the denture specialist did not listen to my concerns and sent me out the office with messed up denture. The bite wasn't right. It was a mess. I was so upset I waited 6 months before even trying to get the problem fixed. The check in help was excellent. Once I arrived, I was directed to my appointment. Where I met a very compassionate and helpful counselor.
I have been discriminated against by the receptionist on several occasions since I am a Latina, I asked her to speak to someone and she told me that there was no one in the dentist who spoke Spanish, she was very inconsiderate with me for arriving 15mt last to the appointment. But last week I took a lady from America to that same dentist and I arrived 20mt late and if she could stay at her appointment then how she did she?
