Wish I could give more stars..Just had John from premier service my ac..outstanding service technician knowledge and right to the point...quick service especially for a sunday...took about a hour I say..no hesitation next time need ac service I am calling premier again thanks John

We had an excellent experience! Jon came out the same day we called, diagnosed the problem right away (a leak in the coils), and recharged the AC so we wouldn’t be without cooling while waiting on management company approval. Once approval came through late Friday, he was here first thing Saturday morning with a brand-new unit. He was professional, clean, and efficient. Service is exceptional! Our Tech(John) is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to be sure our A/C was running. It is an older unit and he found the part needed and was back first thing to get it running! We highly recommend Premier Comfort for all your A/C and heating needs! *****

Great service and very knowledgeable, John’s customer service is extremely good, called and he picked up the phone right away gave me a few options came out and took care of it, very good on price I will definitely recommend them!!

I called 4 ac places, and no one could come right out to look at my ac .l called Premier Comfort .They were great and sent Jon right out. He was here in 20 minutes. He was wonderful and talked me through everything he was doing. I am so thankful we had air back .I will call him next time.
