Stephen is professional, friendly and very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate the customer service. We continue us to use their maintenance service program, and it makes it so convenient to have our filters delivered and changed and know we are ready for air the change in seasons. The mini split they installed had issues but they scheduled to come out asap to fix it since it was within one year of purchasing.
