This company installed my furnace. 4 years later I’m having a problem with it. Called to get someone to look at it. Lady on the phone was rude as could be .going on and on about how I don’t have them come out for maintenance so no warranty. I explained to her I will pay for tech to come look. She just kept on telling me it is my fault cause I didn’t do maintenance? I change the filters religiously. Company is nuts .

Excellent service
Furnace was not working on the coldest day of the week, with negative windchill in the Chicago area. Had 2 company come out and could fix the issue. Warranty company set me up with Premier Comfort. They responded to the work order and sent Fernando out to find out the issues. Fernando came in and looked at the furnace within in 15 to 30 minute he saw the issue, replaced the part and the heat has been running great. Shout out to Premier Comfort and my tech Fernando......
They came out and were there at the scheduled time. Communication was excellent. Fair price and quality service.
