Great experience start to finish. Furnace and a/c replaced. Very helpful and nice customer service, technicians were top notch! Highly recommend.
Trinidad came over and fixed my furnace, in a very short. I had been told by 2 other companies it needed to be replaced. He said it needed a part which he is ordering. It was blowing heat when he left. The office staff has phenomenal customer service. Amanda was kind and empathetic to my worries. I must honestly say that I have not dealt with a company that had this kind of good old-fashioned customer service and honesty in a long time and I would recommend them highly very highly.I just wanna thank you guys. Called Tuesday, they were out Wednesday morning. Thermostat problem not a furnace problem like I assumed after watching too much youtube. Quick fix.
They did the furnace at our rental back in the spring and we just had them do a full system at our house. Crew didn't trash the carpet, hauled the old unit off. Bill matched the estimate. Nothing else to say really, they did what they said they'd do.
Furnace tune up before winter. Tech was actually on time which is rare in my experience with contractors lol. Went through everything, swapped the filter, told me what shape things were in.
