They were the ONLY company that resolved my AC issues after four months of going back and forth with my warranty company and various other technicians and diagnosis-they FIXED it and they were so kind, even when I was frustrated and not so nice…they were top tier professional and HELPFUL!
Great group of people to work with. They fixed my pool heater when another shop couldn't.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. BEWARE.....I had a rep come out to look at my pool heater. He took photos and videos to text to someone off site. He couldn't answer a single questions about my heater and never opened it up to look at parts. After spending 20 minutes in his truck and talking on the phone, he puts "boss" on the phone. I need a new heater ($3500 plus labor). When I asked if it could be repaired, "likely not, the you pay for repair and new heater".
