Outstanding furnace fall check up. Totally astounded at consistent working by Fernando and his recap. I have had this performed at least 55 times and first time I was shown what was done. I hope more are able to use Premier. I will request this company for Spring air conditioning check up. I feel very secure and appreciative of this above the grade by Fernando. This company installed my furnace. 4 years later I’m having a problem with it. Called to get someone to look at it. Lady on the phone was rude as could be .going on and on about how I don’t have them come out for maintenance so no warranty. I explained to her I will pay for tech to come look. She just kept on telling me it is my fault cause I didn’t do maintenance? I change the filters religiously. Company is nuts .
