3 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality Repair took three days longer than promised, due to faulty part. Heater no longer works (blows cold air). It worked before we took it in, even after accident. Premier couldn't figure out what was wrong and said I have to take it to Toyota dealership (and pay repairs myself if it isn't attributable to the accident). Now what do I do?
