I had received a call from Premier about a bill for my son's dental. I explained on the phone that it was an error and asked that they allow me to get back to them with documentation. They never responded, just proceeded to small claims which they dropped. They did however put a bad mark on my credit rating and never went back and removed it. This was wrong.
I found out I had an account with them months after it had been opened because I had never received a letter from them or my doctor. When I explained what my situation was, they were more than willing to let me set up small payments, and take the derogatory mark off my credit for me since it's my first time. They were very friendly, and didn't stress me out like A-1 collections, or other collections agencies.
