Took my 5th wheel RV to Premier Coach Works on June 12, 2022 for a laundry list of repair and upgrades. Some of the repairs were covered by insurance and the balance was self pay . It is now Dec. 23, 2022 and all I get from my inquiries to the Service Advisor *********************** is a rehearsed memorized script of "Yeah, we need to get a couple of techs on it to tie up a few loose ends, then bring into the wash bay for a clean-up and develop a punch list to make sure we covered everything." I HAD MY MOTOR COACH IN TO GET THE SLIDE TO WORK. THEY HAD MY COACH FOR 9 MONTHS AND COULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT. IN THERE PROCESS OF YROUBLE SHOOTING THE PROBLEM THEY RUINED MY BATTRIES BECAUSE THEY LEY THEM GO COMPLETLY DEAD. THERE TROUBLE MAN HAD A SHORT WHILE TROUBLE SHOOTING AND BIRNED UP INTERIOR LIGHTS. This company has been paid, has my car parts, and have refuse to schedule service since mid December 2021. *** Sore has given me 3 different reasons why they will not schedule since December and every time it is something new.
