RecommendedWe are driving though Kansas on I-70 and the trailer lights stop working. Even though they were booked, Michael spent over an hour checking our trailer out and figured out it was an issue with my truck, not the trailer. He then gave us a couple local places to take the truck to. Even though he spent over an hour with us, he did NOT charge us and was so helpful and friendly. Couldn’t be any happier with the help I received.
Very dissatisfied with there service. Not only did we get charged for a diagnostic fee of $162.23, no one could tell us what was wrong with the generator. They have forever lost our business, and I will tell my friends with motorhomes to take there’s elsewhere for service. Further, I got it home and the technician didn’t even hook the wires back up! I guess it was $162.00 down the drain. There diagnostics terminology and mine are different concepts. I felt a diagnostic should at the very least tell me what’s wrong with it. P... read more
