Premier Cleaners lost my pillow sham when I took in my comforter set to be cleaned. They never apologized, and kept my other matching sham so they knew what they were looking for. For nearly 2 MONTHS I visited the store weekly to try and resolve this, getting no where each visit. Dikul Patel made multiple promises to find my lost sham, then make another matching one, and to finally return my money. Each time he told me he would call me the next day, but I only got one call.
