We had a great experience staying at Premier City Properties. From the first phone call until moving out the team was always helpful and curious. They were able to get us in our furnished apartment after hours with ease and walked us through everything. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. During the stay the vacuum stopped working and they had a brand-new replacement to us quickly and without problem. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a short-term apartment.
The apartment was in great condition, all the furniture and appliances were in good shape and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The overall process, from application to move-in, was seamless and well-managed. I appreciate the clear communication and timely support throughout. Special thanks to Iva for making the whole process smooth and easy. Also, there were no maintenance issues during my stay. The apartment is very good. The service is excellent, super friendly and helpful staff. I will stay there again whenever I return to Cincinnati, it has a great location and good parking. I had a problem with a correspondence, I had to change it before it arrived. And Iva was very attentive, received my letter and was very helpful in delivering it to me. I always recommend it. Very cozy, clean and organized place. Thank you Iva and Mary for everything.
