Iva and her team set me up in a great apartment in Cincinnati. I had a very short time for my job to get a place in a new, unfamiliar city and I couldn’t be more pleased with their services. I am renting a great, fully-furnished apartment that is clean, convenient to my job and safe. Iva is very hard to deal with. I lived in their 2540 Vestry Ave house and felt like I was constantly being nickeled and dimed from her lack of transparency. There is a $400 cleaning fee when you move in, as well as a $160 charge per tenant to sign a 80 page lease. Iva also lies and deceives by claiming the house includes parking as well as other fake amenities. We had a great experience staying at Premier City Properties. From the first phone call until moving out the team was always helpful and curious. They were able to get us in our furnished apartment after hours with ease and walked us through everything. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. During the stay the vacuum stopped working and they had a brand-new replacement to us quickly and without problem. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a short-term apartment.
The apartment was in great condition, all the furniture and appliances were in good shape and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The overall process, from application to move-in, was seamless and well-managed. I appreciate the clear communication and timely support throughout. I found Premier City Properties while in search of short-term housing for work in the Cincinnati area. The added bonus was that it was fully furnished with everything needed to live comfortably, away from home. The apartment was very clean, reasonably priced and it's a great location!
