I found Premier City Properties while in search of short-term housing for work in the Cincinnati area. The apartment is very good. The service is excellent, super friendly and helpful staff. I will stay there again whenever I return to Cincinnati, it has a great location and good parking. I had a problem with a correspondence, I had to change it before it arrived. And Iva was very attentive, received my letter and was very helpful in delivering it to me. I always recommend it. Very cozy, clean and organized place. Thank you Iva and Mary for everything.

After running into scam after scam trying to find short term furnished rentals in the Cincinnati area, I finally found Iva from Premier City Properties. From the first conversation, her honesty, patience and professionalism shone through. This is my first travel contract and she made the process easy and accessible.
