Service department needs serious improvement. The technicians are lazy and don’t take the time to really inspect your vehicle.
RecommendedSalesman are very polite, and one is given ample time to get financed, I did not have the best of credit but the staff at Premier Chrysler Jeep Dodge patiently worked to find a finance company that will finance me. No one at the store never harassed me about not able to find a finance company to take me. I Thank God for the favor I was given because God knows that I really needed the Transporation, living in Baton Rouge the public transporation is rotten!

I brought my car in for my service engine light being on. The dealership kept my car 2 days before they could “diagnose it”. All they did was turn my check engine light off! Less then 24 hours later and it’s back on! Service was horrible! The man we dealt with was very rude! Didn’t say 2 words to me as he handed me my keys. I was warned that i shouldn’t take my vehicle there and i didn’t listen. Shame on me. I can guarantee you if my car breaks down right in front of the service station i would have it towed someplace else!
