I would give zero, but the app will not allow it. Where can I start. Vicki unprofessional no customer service and they will have your car forever and will not call you have to call them and they rarely answer. They don't know their dam job, how you're a dealership, and you don't have knowledge on extended warranty through the dealership. Vicki is trying to be so smart until she was dumb and sent all my information to the wrong email. Don't waste your time coming here. Please go elsewhere.
The staff was very friendly. Fixed my issue and sent me on my happy way . Short wait time.
So bad service .. my car been almost 4 months there and still they can’t get it fix ,, was driving and now not drive able ,, and every time I call them they answer no date
I went in on Saturday and was asked to come back on Tuesday because that's when a technician would be there to diagnose my problem Tue morning I was the 2nd car there and asked that they at least called me with an update and a price on the problem by 230pm no one had called me. On the day of the visit, May 18th 2024, everything was fine the salesman treated us nice and everything was handled. We traded in a 2017 Toyota Camry Hybrid and purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Here is where the problems begin, we are now 1 month out and the dealership has not paid off the agreed amount for my Camry yet it has been sold to someone at this point.
