TERRIBLE! Advertised a vehicle as having specific options in the seller's notes--and when we got there it was a down graded vehicle without any of the advertised options. Classis Bait and Switch tactics--which are supposed to be illegal. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE REASON CAR DEALERS HAVE BAD REPUTATIONS.
