This is the first time I didn’t walk away feeling robbed or bamboozled. Everyone was upfront and no B. S. We were in and out in just under an hour. Ricardo Lopez and the Finance Manager, Najeeb were AWESOME to work with both times I bought a car!
My vehicle died I had it towed to Tracy Chevrolet. When I learned it would cost $6000 to repair, I decided to replace. Tried to contact them today, but no one was there. Went to Premier Dodge and Sean was very helpful. Stayed more than an hour after they closed to make sure I drove away in an almost new vehicle. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Only a genuine interest in making sure I was able to purchase the best vehicle with the best value for my needs. Thank you, Sean.
Right now while we’re In the shelter to home I am in essential workers I need to have my oil changed and they got me an appointment quickly and got me in and out I was really happy with the service and I am very glad that they are still open for us who are essential workers as well as they are. I truly recommend them to do your service on your vehicle five stars

Absolutely terrible and dishonest company. We went here to purchase a vehicle through the Costco program. While filling out paperwork they would not explain things clearly (Such as, "Oh, that's just one of our five liners" - What does that mean?). They did not fill out the names for myself and my husband consistently on all the paperwork and we had to keep questioning it.
