I did not feel pressured at all. The people we met seem to be family oriented people like ourselves. Everyone was nice. They did need better air conditioning. It was hot in there. Everyone was great.
The repairs for battery drain over night took a week and a half to find and repair. The extended warranty that I purchased from Chrysler did not cover this repair. This is a known problem with the Ram pickup. Chrysler needs to stand behind their vehicles better. I'll contact Chrysler Monday to find out if they will cover this repair. Repairs are $912.00 to fix a unplugged wire in the bottom of the fuse box.
I bought a used certified jeep grand Cherokee I took it to get it fixed more than 4 times under my extended warranty For electrical problems and now that my warranty is over they don’t want to fix it for the same problem . It’s like it’s not a new problem I’m bringing in for you guys just can’t find the issue with it . And every time I too it I payed $200 for my deductible so yeah avoid this dealership !
Took my Jeep in for a recall. Easy drop off and pick up.
The people who work for Premier Ruben, Chris. Raul. Isaiah are all outstanding people and I would know as a former Marine. I'm still in a VA Rehab in North Hills, they went so far to deliver the car to the front door, as witnessed by Hannah Hall, Social worker, and Cristine, one of the many outstanding nurses who give us tender care every day
