I had the MOST amazing experience here! I purchased a truck from out of state (sight unseen) and Frances did everything he could to make the process as seamless and transparent as possible!! (Ozzy in finance was also amazing!) He sent me a personalized video of the vehicle to ensure it was what I wanted, kept in constant communication, and made sure the truck I bought was absolutely pristine upon my arrival. Rip off big time! I saved THOUSANDS at Huntington Beach Jeep. Here I walked out of the salesroom 5 min. after starting to talk with the salesman who flatly refused to lower his high price. Later I came here for warranty repairs. They ask for $4000 from me for "inspections". I laughed and said "no!" However, they did do the warranty work 0K. IF YOU PAY THEM, YOU'RE MAYBE NOT SO SUPER SMART.
