Very, very difficult to get in touch with. This should never happen with an insurance agent. Never. Two to three days without a return phone call, text, or resolution is unacceptable. I agree with the other lady who wrote a review - she is absolutely correct - I cannot get in touch with her, this is Day 3.
Can't ever get in contact with the agents. Won't return any calls or voicemails and won't respond to emails. I understand that I am a past client but if a situation arises from my past insurance company which I went through with Premier Choice agency than I expect the agency to help solve the problem that was created from you in the first place. Tammy was awesome! She made the transition from my old insurance to Premier so easy. She answered every question and was a joy to work with.
Very happy to have made the change on having Premier handle my insurance. They make it very personal to make sure we have the best service. My previous company I was with 20+ years and this was a hard decision but glad I did.
