Best gym by far, I have been going there for about 3 months now and training with Kim Anderson she is def. the best trainer she has given me and taught me so much. The results that I have gotten from training with her are amazing. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone. The people there are super friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel great.
This gym has cool classes. They have a women's only boxing class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Great place to workout. Have you tried Zumba? Come try out a class or two. You will love it. Ditch the workout and join the party!
