Since giving birth my lower back has been shot, came and got adjusted and it made me feel so much better! I will be coming back!
went in for my first adjustment today on a quick lunch break, Dr. John had me in and out! There was little to no wait and he was incredibly friendly and kind! Definitely going to become a regular part of my monthly self care routine as a new mom

1st time visiting Dr. John and I was pleased! I am 35 weeks pregnant and the adjustment was not painful. He was kind and knowledgeable.
Dr. John is absolutely amazing! Knows what he’s talking about and doing. Explained to me the different points in my back that needed adjusting. Only thing is I wish the adjustment took a little longer feel it was a little too short and quick.
