I love that Premier Chevrolet of Carlsbad has a cat, and that she looks so happy and well-taken care of. And senior sales associate, Felipe Bohnenberger, was great. He responded quickly to my online inquiry and got me a great deal on a great car. Everything was great.
Uses AI to attempt to schedule service appointments, but the system never actually scheduled an appointment. Wasted 5 minutes with the bot, then 5 more minutes on hold waiting to speak to a real person. Not a good first impression of the business.
Great service today at Premier Chevrolet. Upon my arrival, Fernando gave me a warm greeting and kept me informed of my vehicles progress. He said the service would take 2 hours but my vehicles was ready in one hour! Thank you!
The employee Naethan hops a lot he struggled but he got us what we wanted the car we wanted we were happy with it I would 100% recommend Naethan to anybody that's looking for a car go work hard to get what you want
Never been there before. Haven’t lived in California in over 6 years and they text me twice. I reply stop so they decided to call me anyways saying I requested information. I did not request any information. Very irritating. Edit: changing to a 1 star because they still will not leave me alone after I’ve requested them to stop messaging me several times.
