I'd called to inquire about bringing my car in for routine maintenance and to get an estimate beforehand, as I already knew the service would likely be close to $2,000. I was surprised that they wanted me to schedule an appointment before anyone would even discuss the anticipated costs or provide an estimate. I drove about 45 minutes to go see a truck. The salesman that I was working with was actually really good and helpful. When it came to seeing the manager, I was blatantly lied to. Because of this , I'll never visit any Premier auto dealership. I truly hope this doesn't happen to anybody else. Good luck.

Good luck getting someone from service on the phone. Really absurd that customer service is this bad when the hourly rate is what it is. EDIT: in response to the canned message below. Who the do I call or text to get someone on the phone who can actually help? Rhetorical. I don’t care. Never getting my business again.
