Unfortunately, I feel this is the only way to get someone to call me back, My 2023 Corvette has been here since August 2024. I call weekly, but nobody in service picks up my calls or responds to any of my voicemails or emails. We are going on 6 months now; I don't have the time to drive out there every week and check in person. I don't even know if the car is done or fixed. Great car, price and staff, paperwork portion a bit slower than expected, I talked to several dealers, liked this dealer the best.
Not here to give negative reviews, just a heads up, all their Chevy Bolts hold a lemon / buyback title, similar to a salvage title. They do list the carfax on their ads, make sure you review the carfax before wasting 1 hour going to Seaside.
I should have read the service reviews before making the mistake of taking my car here. I actually worked with a GM customer service representative to try and help me get a hold of the service department and she had a really hard time too. I ended up going to the Chevy dealership in Salinas, but I still wonder what happened to the part that Seaside ordered and received under warranty but never called to let me know they had it.
